    Mr. Patrick Mangwendeza (Chair) Patrick is a career banker, and holder of several management qualifications in addition to a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Midlands State University and Diploma in Management Studies from Henley Management College. Patrick held senior management positions as Head of Operations and Senior Manager in Credit and Corporate Banking in a local multinational bank before joining the FBC group in 2008. He was Senior Manager Retail Banking until his appointment as General Manager Micro-Finance in December 2010 and subsequently Executive Director of Microplan Financial Services (Private) Limited in February 2011.     Mr. Rangarirai M. Mavhunga (Vice Chairman) Mr. Ranga Mavhunga has been involved in the financial and microfinance field for a career spanning slightly less than 30years in various positions in both local and regional institutions. He has transversed the exciting opportunities and for 7 years he was Managing Director of Microfin Africa Zambia Limited. Currently Ranga is the Chief Executive Officer of FMC Finance (Pvt) Ltd. In a short span of dynamic and entrepreneurial operations Ranga has grown FMC from 1 branch to the current 21. FMC has also grown to be one of the largest players in the field and is aptly recognised as a ZAMFI platinum member. Mr. Mavhunga is educated to BSC Economics Honours Degree with various Post-graduate diplomas in Business Management and financial sectors. He is also a member of the golden key international honour society bestowed upon him by the University of Natal in recognition of hard work and academic excellence during his post graduate diploma in 2002.     Mrs. Farai Rose Mpofu Mrs Mpofu is a Financial services Corporate Communication, Marketing and Investor Relations specialist who has spent almost a quarter of a century in the industry. She is an alumnus of the British Council leadership programme, "Tomorrow's Leaders". In the social and leadership space Mrs Mpofu's contributions include service on the boards of Women's University in Africa, Culture Fund of Zimbabwe Trust, St Martin's Convent School, Junior Achievement in Zimbabwe and coordinator for Women to Women forum. Farai is a blood donor and patron to "Pledge 25", a national "club" of young adults who pledge to donate no less than 25 units of blood in their lifetime. Mrs Mpofu is the Chairperson of the Planning and Operations committee on the ZAMFI board. The committee's major mandate is, together with the Secretariat, to ensure that ZAMFI offers quality, sector and country responsive programmes that are compatible and accelerates our vision and mission.     Mr. James Msipa James, a banker by profession, leads Quest Financial Services as Managing Director. He is a member of the Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe. James joined Trust Bank in 2002 as a Trainee dealer in Treasury and rose to the position of Credit Analyst and later as an Account Executive with ZABG bank, which took over Trust Bank. He later joined TN Bank as a money market trader and was instrumental in the setting of the bank’s treasury division. James was a founding director of a microfinance outfit where he set up and headed the lending department. James, who holds a B. Com in Finance and the IOBZ qualification, brings an invaluable wealth of experience to Quest in the areas of microfinance, credit management, corporate lending and small business advisory. James also sits on the Action against Poverty Trust (ACAP) Board of Trustees; ACAP is a local NGO that focuses on livelihood programmes in rural areas. He also sits on the Board of the Zimbabwe Association of Microfinance Institutions (ZAMFI). James is also a recipient of President Obama’s prestigious Mandela Washington Fellowship for young African leaders.     Mr. Vote Muza Vote is a Lawyer by profession who holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe and he is also a member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe. Since 2001 to date he has been a legal practitioner and a Senior Partner for Muza and Nyapadi Legal Practitioners. Over the years Vote, has worked for Gutu and Chikowero law firm. He was once a Commercial Law Lecturer at Pikelela Polytechnic and also lectured Clinical and Practical Skills Training and Advocacy at the University of Zimbabwe. Under the Ministry of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs, Vote has worked as a Magistrate at Tredgold Magistrate’s Court, Bulawayo. He also has several certificates in Banking, Microfinance management, Treasury Management, Buying & Planning, Marketing & insurance. Morris has extensive experience in Treasury management and has worked for two pioneering banking institutions, he has served as a pension fund trustee for several years & was a trainer for treasury experts. He has exposure in insurance, manufacturing & retail. Morris has a keen interest in peri-urban to rural farming, research, development & a proponent for non-conventional thinking. She is holder of a BSc Hons in Management and Entrepreneurial Development Studies and a member of the Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe(IOBZ). Mildred has vast experience in financial services and products having joined BCC International (now CBZ Bank) in 1988 and worked in various departments before moving over to Trust Bank in 2001 as Assistant Branch Manager. She also worked for an IT company as Finance and Administration Manager before joining Hammer and Tongues Money Lenders as General Manager in 2010. Currently she works for CBZ Bank as the Divisional Director - Business Banking, a unit which was set up to specifically focus on the growth on the Micro and Small to Medium Enterprise sector in Zimbabwe. She has been actively involved in initiatives involving the financial inclusion of the marginalised and was the Southern Africa Chairperson and Executive Committee member of the African Rural and Agricultural Credit Association (AFRACA) for the past five years until the end of 2016.
