The Zimbabwe Association of Microfinance Institutions (ZAMFI) invites board members from MFIs to a specialized training course. Learn governance principles and strategies to enhance board competitiveness, foster better decision-making, and improve organizational performance. The MFIs Governance Training will discuss the basics of good corporate governance:
The objective is to encourage organisations to think about the important role that the board plays in the performance of the MFI.
Methodology
We will make use of a combination of Case Studies and presentations, which will allow for active participation and discussions.
Targeted Participants
All Board members are invited viz, Board Chairs, CEOs and where there are Committees, the Committee Chairs are invited too.
